What are some of the requirements to be an approved blogger?

There are over 25 criteria for each blog to be approved, however here are a few examples:
* Your blog must be indexed by Google and Yahoo
* Your blog must be older than 3 months
* Your blog must not contain any violent, hate related or adult content
* Your blog must be active and have a history of minimum average 2 new posts per week
* The blog must not have duplicate posts or excessive duplicate content

Does it cost to have an account with Smorty?

No, it's absolutely free to set up and maintain an account with Smorty.

How long will it take have my blog application reviewed?

It can take up to 72 hours to have your blog approved/declined. We will generally try to process Blogs as soon as they are received.

What do I do if my blog is rejected?

Once Smorty has sent you an email describing why your blog was not approved, you have a chance to fix these problems. Once they are fixed you can resubmit for another review via the contact us page. If the problem can not be fixed, (e.g. banned domain name) we will permanently reject your blog.

How many blogs can I have with Smorty?

You can have as many blogs as you can manage. The sky is the limit. The more blogs you have, the more opinion posts you can write and the more money you make! To add more blogs you can do this from your admin panel under the "my account" section.

How much can I get paid for blogging?

You can earn as much as you like. Your earnings are directly related to the number of valid opinions you post. Each post will bring you a minimum of US$6 and the Pagerank of your blog along with a high Smorty smart score determines whether you receive higher paid ad campaigns, bringing you up to even $100 per post.

How does The Blogsvertise Service Work?

Our blog advertising service is setup for bloggers and online journal writers to earn revenue/income from their online blog/journal in an easy to use, simple and effective system. It is free to register your blog and add your blog to the system for approval. Once approved, your blog goes into the assignment queue. The blogsvertise administrator then assigns writing tasks for what our advertisers want you to mention in your blog. You dont have to endorse the website product/service, just mention it in your blog and link to the advertiser website 3 times in your entry.

How Much Will I Make?

You will make money for each task assigned to you that you have completed and submitted back for approval. The current payout rate for new accounts is $4 - $25 per entry. Most will fall into the $5-15 range. So if you are assigned 10 writing tasks and complete them and are approved you will earn $50-150 dollars. Can you Pay me More?

Yes. We will consider increasing the payout rate to accounts based on the quality of the blog, the performance of assigned tasks and how long you have had an account with us. All payout increases are done on a case by case basis. If you have established an account with us and have successfully completed/approved 5 tasks you may Contact Us for approval of a payout increase.

How will I Be Paid?

Payments are made with paypal. You must have a paypal account in order to be paid for the service. Note: We're sorry we do not mail checks or offer other forms of payment at this time.

When will I be Paid?

Payments are made after 30 days your assigned task has been approved. Your task must be submitted back to the system by you for approval by the administrator before you will be paid. Note: If your 30 day payout date falls on a weekend or holiday you will be paid on the next business day.

Do I have to endorse the product/service I am writing about ...?

No, you do not have to endorse the product/service that you are writing about. You can discuss it however you want, compliment it, review it, discuss how it relates to something going on recently or in the past in your life, or even complain about it. Your blog/entry should be at least 60-100 words and contain a minimum of 3 or more links. Endorsing the website product or service is not a requirement.

Pay Per Post

How much time do I have to write my post?

Once you have selected Take this Opportunity, you have 6 hours to complete the requirements as listed in the Opportunity and submit the post via PayPerPost. It is best to begin research and work on the post as soon as you have decided to accept the Opportunity.

How long before my post is reviewed?

Our goal is to review posts within 48-72 hours. During high traffic times, the review process may take longer, and we apologize for the delays. We are putting measures into place to cut down on review time.

When do I get paid for an approved post?

Once your post is approved, our system sends it back to the Review team for a second round check 30 days after the original submit date. If the post is still live, and unchanged, it will be approved again and you will receive payment via PayPal.

When do I get paid for others who sign up through my Referral Badge? Once the referred Blogger has submitted a post, post is approved, and finally post is paid to them; you will receive a payment of $15.00

When do I get paid for the Sign Up Forms program?

If a Blogger uses this form to join PayPerPost, you will receive payment once the Blogger has submitted a post to a Marketplace Opportunity, had the post approved and then paid. If an Advertiser uses this form to join PayPerPost, you will receive payment once the Advertiser makes his/her first deposit.
